One of Bangalore’s favourite’s pub, Watson’s has a friendly ambience, spacious seatings and well-ventilated interiors. You can find retro posters on the wall and the overall place screams great vibes. Seatings that are arranged by the windows offer a great view of the Ulssor lake and the trees lining its banks. This and the music played at the bar makes it one of the best watering holes in Bangalore.
Their draught beer is a popular favourite. Most of the liquor here are reasonably priced and their signature cocktails are potent and fresh. The food at Watson’s is quite satisfying and goes well with the beer. Must try their chicken ghee roast and kathi rolls, cheezling bhel, Nethili Fish fry and a variety of thin crust pizzas. The famous brewpub was founded by three school friends Sibi Venkataraju, Arun George and Mukesh Tolani who partnered with Glen Williams, the guy who runs The Sweet Chariot food chain Bangalore. Since it was founded, Toit has garnered a massive following that makes it hard to find a table on weekends. You can taste all the Toit beers for Rs 150 before you order one.
Apart from beers, they also serve hard liquor at reasonable prices, signature cocktails, and wine. Toit is quite serious about the food and lives up to their reputation by hearty, delicious soul food. Their motto has been – We’re a brewery, not fine-dining. Go for the Kudix beers, Toit cheese board, and some woodfired pizzas. Do save some room for desserts, try their layer cake, which is a chocolate cake that’s unlike any you’ve had so far.

This brick-walled NYC-style pub warehouse vibe serving craft beers and exceptional food is the best brewery in Kalyan Nagar.
Ohh Brewklyn serves the best belgian wit beer, American pale ale and dark beer. Each of them have a unique taste. Some of their signature beers like the Belgian wit beer (aka Brewklyn finest) have a fruity and spicy finish as it contains orange and coriander blend. The dark beer, aka Iron Mike gives a taste of coffee and chocolate, a speciality you must try!!
The venue offers great food options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The pita & spinach corn bites are great to start with. In the quiet space of JP Nagar 4th Phase lies a building next to a peepal tree that stands out with its unique look – the honeycomb designs that embellish the building and lights up beautifully at night is enough to ignite curiosity and invite you inside. The space is quite large and there’s plenty of seating inside. The brewery is spread over three floors and provides rooftop seating as well.
The brewery serves some of the best beers in town – apple cider beer, smoked porter, and more. They have some great signature cocktails as well.
The menu has a variety of innovative dishes from delicious starters to mains and desserts that complement the drinks. They serve mainly Indian, Ind-Chinese, and continental cuisine. Must try the teriyaki glazed chicken and cottage cheese with Plum sauce. If you have room for dessert, try the raspberry lychee panna cotta. They have a buffet too which is around Rs 700 for 2.

Bangalore’s first Brew park is Uru. The Uru in Bengaluru is a perfect example of Bangalore’s metropolitan mix with nature. This beer garden in JP Nagar has a bistro, gin garden, a park, and a brewery. The open space is perfect to enjoy the Bangalore weather with some great beer and good food. The decor is quite minimal with friendly vibes and a BBQ section.
The menu of Uru is quite different from the others, with a lot of healthy options going on.
